NOTE: Office Hours: We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm for sample drop off and bottle pickup.  Our phones are off between 12:00pm and 1:00pm every business day for lunch. Drinking water samples that are not for compliance purposes may still be dropped off in the outside courtesy cooler after hours however any bacteria samples must have been sampled the same day they are dropped off.  (The courtesy cooler is not available for drop off on Friday and Saturday).  All non-drinking water samples for bacteria must be received by 4:30pm on the day they are sampled.

If you are calling with questions about your results, please have your 9-digit Work Order# handy (top right-hand corner of your report).  If you are waiting for your results to arrive by email, please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder before calling us – we sometimes get thrown into Junk or Spam.
